The Problem
When multiple buyers are interested in the same property, each one typically pays around $600 or more for a builder's report—even though it's often the same report. That's hundreds of dollars wasted per buyer, and a lot of duplicate work for inspectors. No to mention the time buyers have to wait to get their report.
Our Solution
Pass the Report lets buyers search for properties and purchase existing reports slightly discounted price. Inspectors upload reports that can be resold multiple times, earning from every sale. Buyers save money and get instant reports. It's a win for everyone.
